Vino in-dipendente presents winemakers who defend the integrity of their terroir, through a strong environmental ethics, to produce wine that provides the least possible number of interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar. Natural wine production means acting in full respect of the land, the vines and natural cycles, limiting the use of chemistry and technology in general, first in the vineyard and then in the cellar. Vino in-dipendente is an exhibition-market of natural wines and the public can taste and purchase the bottles directly from the producer.
